Born on April 14, 1976 in the village of Lyudenevichi, Zhitkovichi district, Gomel region.
In 1997 he graduated from the educational institution "Francisk Skaryna Gomel State University" (specialty "Physical culture").

From 1997 to 1998 he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus (border troops).
