She was born on January 12, 1972 in Gomel.
Professional way
In 2007 she graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education of the EE “Gomel State University named after F. Skaryna ”, and in 2014 - a master's degree, having defended a master's thesis on the topic“ The influence of health-improving physical culture on the component composition of the body of middle-aged women ”.
From 2015 to 2018, she studied at the postgraduate course of the G. F. Skaryna. During this time, research was carried out on the topic "Individualization of the training process of girls aged 15-17, specializing in sprint running" (scientific supervisor - candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor S.V. Sevdalev). Received a research diploma.
Took part (2016) in the mobility program for targeted interpersonal contacts MOST.
Since 2017, he has been actively involved in the sports press center of the university.
At present, he is a lecturer at the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Culture.
Author of more than 125 scientific and methodological works in the field of sports training and health-improving physical culture.
Disciplines taught
"Psychology", "History of Physical Culture and Sports". Supervises the teaching practice and coursework of students, as well as the faculty management of teaching practice in health camps.

- In 2018, based on the results of an open competition, a scholarship of the President of the Republic of Belarus was awarded for special achievements in research activities, with a focus on the practical application of research results.
